Children and minors

No independent accounts for children under 13. If a user is under 13, they may not create an account or use the Service independently.Users aged 13–15 may join only with verifiable parental or guardian consent and supervision. Audio/video and recordings

Togexa does not record live audio or video sessions by default. If a specific event or group records sessions, participants will be notified and explicit consent will be obtained before recording begins.
